Blueberry Chocolate Bliss

If you follow my on Instagram, then you probably already know that I am obsessed with smoothies and smoothie bowls! I recently posted this and since this is one of my favorite smoothie bowls to make, I decided to share the full recipe here!

 

Blueberry Chocolate Bliss

Gluten free, dairy free, vegan, free of refined sugars, and vegan friendly. You can change the toppings to make it nut free as well. The protein powder I used is gluten free, dairy free, vegan, plant based, and contains no GMO ingredients. It is a perfect option if you are shopping around for one! I hope you enjoy!






MAKES: 1 SERVING PREP: 5 BLEND: 1-2 MINS


INGREDIENTS:

· 1 ½ Cups Almond Milk

· 2 Cups Spinach

· 1 Frozen Banana

· 1 Cup Frozen Blueberries (add more for a thicker consistency)

· 2 Tbsp Tropeaka Chocolate Lean Protein Powder (or any chocolate protein powder of choice)


TOPPINGS:

· Fresh Blueberries

· Fresh Raspberries

· Pecans

· Chia Seeds

· Coconut Flakes


METHOD:

1) Add almond milk and spinach in a high power blender. Blend till greens are fully blended

2) Add frozen banana, frozen blueberries, and protein powder. Blend till mixture is a smooth, creamy consistency. Add more blueberries if your heart desires.

3) Pour into a bowl of your choice and top with these ones here or whatever toppings makes your heart happy!

4) Eat and enjoy!
